Questions
Do I need a health IT background to start?
No — every track assumes zero prior experience and builds from fundamentals.
Do I need an account to learn?
No. All lessons and exercises are publicly accessible. Create a free account if you want to track your progress.
When can I get a certificate?
After you pass the final exam for a track. The $99 certificate payment unlocks your verified PDF.
Is the $99 per track or for all tracks?
Per track by default — $99 unlocks one track's certificate. Or get all 4 for $249 with the Bundle (save $147).
What if I'm not happy with my certificate?
Email hello@medinformics.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
Is this the same as CPHIMS or AMIA certification?
No — it's a different, more skill-verified thing. Medinformics verifies that you can actually do the work: you'll write real SQL, build real FHIR resources, and classify real variants, not answer multiple-choice questions. CPHIMS and AMIA are separate, optional credentials — you're welcome to pursue them too, but they're not required here and we're not a substitute for them.
